Some of you have have noticed that if you are using a custom permalink structure with wordpress 2.6 there are some problems (things are not linking properly. My best advice would be to either downgrade your wordpress or wait for 2.6.1 which is supposed to fix this issue. There are more complicated work arounds, but honestly I wouldn’t bother.

In wordpress, you have the option of setting up a custom permalink structure to make the links on your site look nicer, and to help optimize them for google and other search engine.
